If you’ve ever visited the Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort, you probably already have an idea as to where you would like to work. If not, you can research the various theme parks, resort hotels, and other entertainment areas on waltdisneyworld.com or disneyland.com.
During the telephone interview, you will be asked about the roles you indicated on the Role Checklist. This is the ideal time to mention not only why you selected certain roles, but also exactly where you would like to be placed if given the opportunity to participate on the program.
Discussing this during your telephone interview is also a great way to show off any existing knowledge that you may have about the Walt Disney World or Disneyland properties.
Of course, when applying for any role on the program, one must be open to all possible work locations for that role. In addition, specific placement in a location cannot be guaranteed. However, the person conducting your interview will include this information in your interview notes. If selected, this is part of the information that will be reviewed when making placement decisions.
Best of luck to all of you!
