Halloween is just a few days away, but here at Disneyland® Resort our participants have been celebrating all month. From Disneybounding in the parks to handing out candy at Mickeys Halloween Party, everyone’s had a scary good time, but the fun isn’t over yet!
Celebrating the holidays at Disneyland Resort is always exciting because there’s so much laughter and Disney magic in the air, but Halloween is definitely my favorite time of year for the Disneyland College Program. Where else can you play Grocery BINGO and win creepy snacks and treats, trick-or-treat at The Happiest Place on Earth (no matter how old you are), take a private tour of Radiator Springs and see how Lightning McQueen and Mater celebrate this spooky season, and create unforgettable Halloween memories for guests around the world?
Oh, did I mention that we also rented out Pixar Pier for an exclusive after-hours party for our participants? Everyone had the chance to Disneybound as Pixar characters and celebrate the halfway point of their fall program. We even had a few surprises up our sleeves, and let me tell you, they were pretty incredible, darling.
Halloween is also the time of year where my favorite attraction gets a new look. Jack Skellington recently gave the Haunted Mansion a seasonal makeover, and our participants were thrilled to witness this Halloween transformation firsthand. The parks also feature special Halloween fireworks, parades and a visit from the chilling headless horseman.
Even all of our beloved Disney characters are dressed up for the Halloween festivities, and getting your picture taken with them can make some memorable keepsakes.
If you love the Halloween season as much as I do, the Disneyland College Program fall season won’t disappoint! Make sure to follow us on Twitter (@DLR_CP) and Instagram (@DLRCollegeProgram) so you can join the conversation and witness all of the fun we’re having this season.
I hope you have a spooktacular Halloween!
