We get it, Edna Mode – no capes! You most likely won’t wear capes throughout your Disney Program, but you’ll certainly fly like a super hero through countless events and moments, while sporting many different types of outfits. For all you East Coast participants – here are a few outfits to anticipate this fall!

Business casual attire

Business casual is a wardrobe essential at Disney. Having nice slacks, button-downs, suits, skirts or dresses can help you dress to impress. Throughout your program, you’ll likely encounter three types of occasions for a business casual dress code. The first is Disney Traditions, and all soon-to-be cast members are required to be in Disney Look and business casual attire. You might love those new shoes or cute cardigan you bought, but be wary, you will be walking around outside in Florida weather. The other occasions you will need business casual clothing for are our education courses and CPASS, where participants have the opportunity to network with full-time Disney cast members.

Your costume

Wear your costume with pride…and don’t forget to grab a group photo! This photo is from my Fall 2013 program, when I worked at Mickey’s Philharmagic, Prince Charming’s Regal Carousel, Wishes nighttime spectacular and Princess Fairytale Hall.

Disney-bounding pieces

Your program is a chance to get in touch with your favorite Disney characters. Whether you like to go full-out or add subtle touches of your favorite

Dapper Day attire

Who doesn’t love looking dapper? Mark Dapper Day on your calendars if you love to dress-up. Retro fashions are encouraged!

Night of Stars Talent Competition threads

Night of Stars is a chance to shine bright! Feel free to wear what you like, but just know that we roll out the red carpet for this event so you may want to be ready for the flashes and bright lights of our paparazzi’s cameras!

Winter Formal look

You’ll want a fun dress, suit or tie to be scarily good looking at winter formal. Be ready to dance the night away in a fun (but comfy) pair of shoes.

Service Celebrations

Service Celebrations are full of photo-ops. Show your Disney Program pride with a fun dress or stylish top. Consider coordinating with your fellow friends or coworkers with a common color.

These are only a few of the many types of outfits you might wear during a program, but the journey is completely up to you…so get creative and strut your stuff!
