As a Disney Program participant, you probably know that the Disney Service Center is where you pick up packages and delicious cookies. However, we provide so many other resources to help set you up for success on your Disney Program! Here are some of the many services we have to offer.

  1. Loaner items
The Disney Service Center offers a variety of items that you can check out for free! There are cleaning supplies, sports equipment, and household items that you can borrow 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. any day of the week.
  1. Maintenance requests
Do you have any maintenance issues at your apartment? In order to get those taken care of, you can visit the Service Center, call the Internships and Programs number on the back of your program ID, or submit a request on If you ever have an emergency maintenance issue after hours, you can call security so that they can get our maintenance team to your apartment as soon as possible!
  1. Pest control
The crazy Florida weather brings a variety of critters, but don’t worry! Pest control specialists come every week to assist with your pest problems. Be sure to report it as soon as possible so we can help rid your apartment of any unwanted visitors!
  1. Computer labs
Do you need to use a computer, printer, or fax machine? Each property has a computer lab at their Disney Service Center. Vista Way’s computer lab has limited hours, as it is part of the Disney Learning Center, but Chatham Square, The Commons, and Patterson Court all have computer labs that have desktops and printers available 24 hours a day. You can stop by and visit us during our normal operating hours to have any documents faxed!
  1. Apartment meetings
While we hope that your living situation is nice and harmonious, we can offer assistance if you and your roommates aren’t seeing eye-to-eye. After talking with your roommates in person, you can schedule an apartment meeting with a Service Center specialist. Everyone in the apartment will get an email about the mandatory meeting, and the email will excuse you from work for that time. This allows us to help get everyone in your apartment on the same page so that you can have a successful living environment.
  1. Employee Assistance Program
With being away from home, sometimes it’s nice to have someone to talk to. Disney provides five free counseling sessions through EAP (Employee Assistance Program), and you can even set up an appointment at a College Program Housing Complex! Visit your service center for more information.
  1. Language testing
The amazing thing about being on a Disney Program is that you are surrounded by people who come from all different backgrounds and cultures. If you happen to be multilingual, you can actually test to have other languages on your name tag. The Disney Service Center offers language testing for many different languages. Stop by or give us a call for more information! Fun Fact: The Service Centers also complete language testing for Disneyland® Resort cast members!
  1. Donations
Do you have items that you can’t bring back home? The Disney Service Center has a food donation bin and a location for item donations. These items are given to local charities in the Orlando area.
