Recruiting in Australia 2012 – 2013


The Disney International College Program will be welcoming over 300 Australia/New Zealand cast members for our 2012 season. We currently recruit for two arrival dates; January and August for 5 or 12 month programs.

Our Disney Recruiter, Jeni, is so proud of all her Aussie and Kiwi candidates and is currently gearing up for her 2013 season, which is kicking off mid May! We recruit in many lines of business including Attractions, Merchandise, Lifeguard, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Custodial, and Character Performer; to name a few.

As our Recruiters prepare for their upcoming trips, they often reflect on previous participants and how they’ve hoped to, not only give a life changing experience to our participants, but that our guests at Disney have benefited from this wonderful diverse experience as well. “One of my favorite parts about being in Australia and New Zealand on a recruiting trip is reconnecting with the alumni! It’s so much fun hearing their stories and seeing firsthand how our program has affected their lives…and the best part, our Disney connection instantly makes us feel like family!” says Jeni.
