Have a question about your program but not sure who to call? Never fear, the Disney Service Center (DSC) is here! Now located at each front desk of all four of our apartment complexes, the DSC is a one-stop shop for all of your East Coast Disney Housing needs. Each complex has a small but mighty team of seasoned cast members, many of whom are College Program alumni, ready to assist you throughout your program. Here are just a few of the topics we can help with:
One of the most unique and special parts of our program is the wide0array of participants that make up our community. As part of a College or International Program participant, you will have the opportunity to live alongside cast members from all 50 states and over 60 different countries; however, sometimes living with new roommates can be challenging. If you are having disagreements with your roommates and have done your best to work them out, the Disney Service Center can host an apartment meeting to resolve conflict and reach compromises within your apartment.
Oh no, your microwave broke! What do you do? Call or visit the DSC for any maintenance concerns you have. Our handy maintenance crew will have the issue fixed as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that orders are filled on a priority basis (a broken air conditioner will be fixed before a light bulb would be replaced, for example). Better yet, you don’t have wait around for maintenance to come to your apartment, as we make sure they have easy access to your space.
Your best friend from home sent you a care package, but how will you receive it? If the package is sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), it will be delivered to your Service Center, and we will send you an email once we receive it. If it is sent by a private courier like UPS, FedEx or DHL, it will be delivered to the front door of your apartment.
Keep in mind that you can find many of the answers to your questions in the Program Guide you receive the first day of your program, but the cast members at the Disney Service Center are happy to assist you, as well. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to the program!
