Jill & Javier Step Into the Shoes of Program Participants at Disney Resorts

Do you ever wonder what International Recruiters do when they are not traveling the world looking for new Disney cast members?  On a fairly regular basis, recruiters visit areas across the Walt Disney World Resort property to learn even more about the roles they recruit for!

Recently, two of our International Recruiters, Jill and Javier, spent some time at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter.  Their focus for the day was to learn more about the Front Desk, Concierge and Bell Services roles our International Programs participants may be offered.

Beyond the basic role responsibilities of a Concierge Host/Hostess, our recruiters discovered that there are sometimes opportunities for these cast members to work with additional areas beyond their resort.  While working at Port Orleans, Jill and Javier assisted a guest with scheduling a horseback ride at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground.
