One of the ways Disney Housing is implementing the courtesy and efficiency keys is by making information more accessible to all our participants through the Disney Programs Support site. Various teams among Disney Internships & Programs are now utilizing this site to spread important program information and communicate with participants when they have inquiries. We understand that work or personal schedules can delay visits to the Disney Service Center, and we want to ensure that your questions are answered as soon as possible!
Familiarize yourself with this new site, add it to your favorites and use this as a resource when you have a program-related question. You may be able to answer a question yourself by researching articles on the site and if not, you can open a new ticket and someone will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible! We are constantly updating information on the site, to ensure we have the most accurate information available. Submitting maintenance and pest control requests
If you need to submit a non-time-sensitive maintenance request and are not able to visit the Service Center, or it is closed, you can use this maintenance form online to enter a request. This form includes options for regular apartment maintenance, laundry room maintenance, pest control issues and furniture replacements. Please continue to reach out to Security if you experience any after-hours emergency maintenance, like AC, fridge or flooding issues.
Requesting a voluntary relocation
Each participant has the opportunity to move apartments once during their program through the voluntary relocation process. Now, you can access this form on the support site! Make sure you read the entire article to ensure you meet the requirements before requesting a relocation.
Troubleshooting DORMS issues
Technology is great when it works and not so great when it doesn’t! If you’re having issues with your DORMS account, you can follow some troubleshooting tips listed online or open a new ticket with DORMS Tech Support if you’re unable to resolve the issue yourself.
