While working at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida comes with many perks, complimentary admission to our theme parks seems to be a favorite among our College and International Program participants. After completing Disney Traditions, participants are officially cast members and then are eligible to use this perk.

Below are some frequently asked questions about complimentary admission:

I’ve just finished Disney Traditions and am so excited to visit Magic Kingdom Park with my roommates! What do I need to get into the park?

Your Disney ID that you receive at Disney Traditions is your golden ticket to enter our four theme parks for the first two weeks of your program.

After, you will use your self-admission pass, which will be delivered to your apartment complex’s Disney Service Center (DSC), to enter the parks.

The pass does not need to be activated; just tear open the envelope, and you’re in!

I have family and friends visiting me while I’m on my program. Will I be able to give them complimentary park tickets so they can experience the Walt Disney World Resort with me?

College and International Program participants will receive complimentary One-Day Park Hopper Guest Tickets, which they will accrue based on the number of hours they have worked.

A total of nine Guest Tickets may be earned for the duration of your program.

Discounted park tickets are available for purchase, as well at Company D stores.

How will I receive my Guest Tickets?

The One-Day Park Hopper Guest Tickets will be available electronically on The Hub, an intranet for Disney cast members and employees. The tickets can be printed or downloaded on a mobile device.

How can I use my tickets?

Your self-admission pass will give you access to all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks most days of the year, including all eligible Disney Parks outside of Florida.

Your Guest Tickets are subject to block-out dates, meaning there will be some days where you will not be able to use them. Before your family or friends plan a trip to see you, make sure to check blockoutdates.disney.com to avoid any potential disappointment.

For an added dose of magic, you will want to consider linking your self-admission pass and Guest Tickets to your My Disney Experience account so you can book your FastPass+ selections ahead of time.

How long will I be able to use my self-admission pass and Guest Tickets?

Complimentary admission is a privilege available for current Disney cast members and eligible employees.

When your program ends, you are no longer a cast member; therefore, you will no longer be able to use your self-admission pass or Guest Tickets.

In addition to complimentary admission, there are many other perks available to cast members such as discounts on merchandise, food and beverage, resorts and other entertainment options.

Please keep in mind that complimentary admission and discounts are subject to change and availability. More details will be shared with you after you begin your program.

We know our College and International Program participants work hard immersing our guests in the Disney magic, and this benefit is a great way to enjoy the guest treatment!
