Disney Walls 101

If this is your first time visiting the Walt Disney World® Resort, or you’re a seasoned veteran to all things Disney, one of the biggest must-do photo ops are the variety of Disney walls. Every park has well-known walls that you can always catch guests snapping Instagram-worthy photos in front of. With each new land and renovation being added to the parks each year, new walls emerge, but original walls are never forgotten!

Magic Kingdom Park walls
The original wall that started it all…the purple wall! This wall is located in Magic Kingdom Park directly next to Tomorrowland Terrace. Now with all the potion purple merchandise that has made its debut, you can have the perfect purple posting! This wall was recently revamped to add an extension of design; two walls in one!

Disney’s Hollywood Studios walls
Toy Story Land is the newest addition to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and two new walls came with it! The popsicle stick wall and the checkerboard wall. Both of these can be found walking off of Toy Story Midway Mania.

Before arriving in Toy Story Land, stop by for an “Incredible” experience to meet Edna Mode! Nearby this new meet & greet location is a new pink wall, but remember, no capes!

As Disney wall photos become more popular and this park continues to expand, it will be interesting to see what new walls Star Wars Land will be incorporated!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park walls
In the midst of Harambe Market, you can find the You are Most Beautiful wall. This wall is hidden by a cast entrance towards the back right of Harambe Market. Careful to snap your photo quickly and safely, as this is overlapping with a cast entrance/exit!

Also found in the Harambe Market, is our favorite mouse! Mickey can be spotted outside of the Harambe Market saying, “Fichwa!”, which means “hidden” in Swahili. These two #wallsofharambe are some of the many interesting detail in the Harambe Market. There are so many interesting textures and intricate theming that can be found for ever more photo ops!

One of the most recent additions to Disney’s Animal Kingdom is the moss wall. The moss wall is located in Pandora behind the thrilling AVATAR Flight of Passage. There is a stroller pad that wraps around filled with this colorful green moss and hints of bright blue and magenta. There is plenty of space to snag a photo at this new backdrop!

Epcot walls
This wall is so famous that Disney has created ears to match! The bubblegum wall can be found leaving Spaceship Earth and is just as much as an attraction as the ride itself!

An additional wall near the exit of Spaceship Earth is the blueberry wall. Similar in pattern to the bubblegum wall, this design features deep blue and perriwinkle colors that will be sure to make your Instagram stand out. If your aesthetic is feeling blue, the toothpaste wall is another great addition! This wall can be found in The Seas with Nemo & Friends. It is a swimmingly good place to have your picture taken!

The Disney walls don’t just stop in the parks! You can find more of these hidden gems throughout resorts, Disney Springs, and other Disney parks around the world!
